Brunell named starter, Jansen breaks thumb, Ramsey trade?***Ultimate Skins thread***

Brunell was pretty bad last year, wasn't he? I think he's still probably better than Ramsey, though...

yeah...I think Danny Boy has finally wrecked that ship. even to the point where Gibbs can't save it. I would say the league should step and do something, but it's actually quite funny.

The league will never step in and do something to the most valuable franchise in the NFL... as long as Synder's team is worth more than any other (which should last until about 2009), they'll let him do whatever he wants.

I say let him... the guy is a trainwreck of an owner.

this is great news. brunell doesn't have the legs anymore to escape our pass rush. boy that sounds so nice: our pass rush. we been starving for so long for a pass rush this is unreal.

What we saw in the SD game was that Zimmer will in fact be more aggressive this year since he wont need to worry about leaving the corners without help.
SD's strength was obviously LT and they had an better than average qb and average receivers. The skins are in worse shape, they do have a rushing attack but they have a washed up qb and mediocre receivers aside from Moss, who can be erratic.
Because of this I dont think we'll see the kitchen sink blitzes we saw at times in SD but without the worry of protecting our corners on every single play we will sure see the d get after Brunell.

Well, the defense was not about coach Zimmer...it's the scheme, bro/bra!

This is a Tuna defense...Zimmer's just learning it...that's why Tuna gave playcalling to that other coach...

If you watch closely, Tuna and Zimmer were talking with each other a lot of times during the game! Learn how to cook...before you can make a meal...

But, the heat is on! The meal is simmering...you want some? I do!!

This was posted earlier. I guess it is true.

He shouldn't get called for holding this year, that's for sure.

When you have two safeties who can't play in pass coverage to save their life, its reassuring to know the other team is playing a QB who can't throw it more than 15 yards.
