JJ panics again - the way he did when he gave Dak 60m a year.

Panic...panic....Senior Bowl week is starting soon....cant go to Senior Bowl without a HC.......panic panic....anyone will do.

Most uninspired hc decision since Dave Campo.

Sadly I am expecting the same results as the Csmpo years. Be interesting to see who has a better record next year, us or the Giants.

PS. Well the good thing is not very many prime time games next year so I won't have to stay up late. Networks can recognize teams on the rise and those bottoming out and doing a nose dive. Nobody wants to stay up late to watch a loser play.

Moore has coached better offenses of late than No-Schott has, so I'd take Moore for that reason. But neither has been a head coach, so who knows?

Schottenheimer has had opportunities to be a head coach before, so it isn't like he wasn't a hot name at one point. In 2007, he removed his name from consideration for the Dolphins' HC spot and he interviewed for the Jets' job (when he was OC there) in 2008. In 2010, he turned down an interview to be HC of the Bills.

After he was hired as Seattle's OC in 2018, the Seahawks led the league in rushing that year and Russell Wilson had his top QB rating. Similar to Kellen here, he was let go in Seattle after a wild-card loss with "philosophical differences" being given as a reason. That year, the Seahawks had set a franchise record for points scored.
Moore is a goofball and would never be able to lead a team of men anywhere.

And the downturn continues, JJ and company can’t get out of their own way. They have done so many poor things and this is just another. This organization is pathetic.

But Detroit has an actual GM. And Dan is in control of his own staff and not being undermined by his owner.
Those complaints are entirely valid and I share them. I'm being patient with Brian the coach... I am past done with Jerry the GM.

I'm not happy about the choice, but that doesn't mean it won't work out. I'm not expecting much, but that's mainly because of Dallas' ownership. Even if Schottenheimer was a genius, I can't see this front office giving him what he needs to succeed.
Nail on head! We needed a new GM decades ago. It's beyond silly at this point.

In the poll taken I was joined by an Eagles fan and that was it …hope someone else joins this exclusive club.

Last summer the new coach commented on something and I thought at the time he sounds a lot smarter and well spoken then Mike Mac or the Clapper and those cliches . I’m holding out hope he gets a play calling OC and commands that locker room .

With a solid draft a few well placed FA 7 wins can turn into 11 and the playoffs . I’m not crazy about Eberflus as DC and thankfully he’s not HC
I voted yes as well. I think Eberflus is a much better DC than HC.

I would like a separate OC as well but if Jane Slater is right, it was never in the books for Shotty to give it up. I just want a HC, any HC, to focus on HC stuff.

But to be fair Shotyy was the non play calling OC the last 2 years and would probably relish a chance to show how he's evolved... I hope.

You speak common sense . Let the guy conduct camp pre season his first year before you rip him .

He will actually return the run game so Dak can play off it and not ask him
To toss 45 passes .

Expect a RB to be drafted to complement Dowdle in one of the first three rounds.

Man some of you guys have me LMAO:lmao:Again. We get a great defensive coordinator- have a good defensive draft or free-agent. We'll be right in the pack for the NFC East this coming season. Depending on this scenario-this will be the best I felt since McCarthy's first season. But we all know the front office circus clowns will decide it all. The biggest negative all the time.
Lol. Go buy your season tickets and keep lining Stephen’s pockets.
