You have dedicated posts in this thread arguing.......Blake Bortles is a bust. Not the biggest bust of all time. You've also argued that while he is a bust.....he's not as bad as Dak Prescott. You've also accredited the Jaguars impressive season to Blake Borltes despite the Jags having one of the best defenses in the league and one of the worst offenses.

You have dedicated posts in this thread arguing.......Blake Bortles is a bust. Not the biggest bust of all time. You've also argued that while he is a bust.....he's not as bad as Dak Prescott. I have stated before, my defense isn't of Blake Bortles, it's me pointing out your homerism nonsense to prop up players. We've....been over this. From now on, I'll only address new arguments/questions from you, not you asking the same question a billion times hoping for a new answer that you can attempt a "GOTCHA" with.

Is Dak a solid qb? A franchise qb? or is he just average and ok if you surround him with outstanding talent BUT do not expect him to go win a big game without that talent? I do not have answers; I just have the questions. What I am fearful of is the folks who should have the answers (the HC and the GM) after watching and coaching for two full seasons do not know either. Is anyone truly comfortable with our qb and the folks who are evaluating him?

I have no problem with the evaluators....its the coaching that I'm scared of.

Best QB comparison to Dak IMO Donovan McNabb imo. That's meant as a compliment, considering McNabb accomplished. Similar size, durable, nothing pretty or sexy about their game but they'll you Ws with feet, legs, decent arm and ball security.

thats who I had Dak compared to initially but last 7 games were really bad. McNabb never had that kind of stretch. I now have Dak as similar to Quincy Carter.

It's not much of a defense to say Bortles is just a bust. That's admitting he hasn't lived up to his draft status. Any other time, it would be a criticism. But you took it to the length of ONE OF THE BIGGEST DRAFT BUSTS (All-caps, maybe this will work for you now?) - that is when I needed to step in and say, uh no, that's an exaggeration. You are exaggerating so no comparisons can be made between Bortles and Dak.

I certainly did say that. Aikman had it very good, great offensive line, great WR, greatest RB, with a great defense.
