Steelers have some good receiving options

Sure, but not the #7 on the all time receptions list Jason Witten. Let's be real, even at his age, he's still a huge weapon, and has certainly consumed those extra touches Dez would get.

Brown had more drops then dez this year.......you want to make anymore absurd comments today

Brown gets targeted more but Dez had a huge drop in the opener that would have been a TD. He once again let go of the ball when he hit the ground. That drop helped cost us that game. He only had one catch for 8 yards that day. Brown is the better receiver and his numbers confirm it. Receivers are judged by their production.

Dez $45 guaranteed
Antonio $19 guaranteed
That is deceiving

Dez only had 32m originally guaranteed......another 13m gtd after a year

ABrown has a 19m sb but also has a 6m roster bonus that guarantees 3/18 and 7m base salary for 2018 that is all but guaranteed or they pay him 25m for 2017......ie 32m gtd

That wasn't a drop. The ball was jarred loose by a defender.

The ground jarred the ball loose just like in Green Bay. Drop or the ball coming loose the results are the same, no catch!
Yes not every pass is completed. Sometimes the defense wins snaps.

Also you must be the only joke of a fan blaming Dez for the travesty in Green Bay. I won't entertain this conversation any longer.

There won't be any conversation between us on any topic if you don't keep your comments civil.

Wasn't dezs fault Dallas should've put the game away a while before that.

Correct, but if he gets hurt this year, next years roster/bonus/whatever could be thrown out the door. So, NOT guaranteed. To me, bad contract to sign.

And lets end the myth of AB being the best Wr in the game. That fool no showed when it mattered most on top of making his team look like a bunch of clowns. Julio is the best

I don't have a problem with anyone calling Julio the best wr. He's CLEARLY the most talented and the most dominant. AB just has an ivredibke consistency. Julio definite disappears often. And fails to hit pay dirt at a rate proportionate to the rest of his production.

That's not the point. The point is the Steelers don't need to force feed Brown but they do because he is their best receiver. Dez doesn't get the targets cause our offense is run first then whoever is open first.

Dez is going to miss Romo, because tony would throw to him even if covered.
Anytime Dez had single cov Tony would throw to him, and a higher arching pass so it would be a jump ball.
Dak wasnt able to throw like that , and to him dak wasnt open. He did a few , and on some of them Dez caught it.

Tony also threw the fade or back shoulder better , many of Dez td's were the short back shoulder in the endzone.
So no Tony could mean less production from Dez.

Dak forcing the ball to dez with a normal pass, was 50/50.

So we basically agree, it's not about who's better, it's about how each player is utilized within their offense.
