Maybe if we ever played in a championship game I'd get nervous again. I keep remembering that first championship game with SF in 92-93. I had to keep turning it off because it was getting to me. lol Then when we started blowing out Buffalo in that SB. What a feeling. I was even laughing at Leon Lett. lol Love those days.

Somewhere around 4. When I was younger a Cowboys loss would get me so upset I would often get a sick headache that night that made Mondays at school (those were the days) difficult. Luckily, that was during the 1990's dynasty so losses were rare.

As I got older (and dealt with plenty more awful seasons) I find myself getting over the losses better. But I still can't wait for the next game to fully get it out of my system.

I am simply over it by the time I finish my drink, I hate losing but I can't let this one way love affair affect my life

Not anymore. I've learned not too take losses at heart anymore.

Think it was the infamous Aaron Glenn/Roy Williams blown coverage game against the Skins that made me realize it wasn't worth being upset and not being able to sleep after a loss.

1. No, I just enjoy football and the Cowboys are my team.

2. Slightly, I follow the team closely and I matters.

3. Yes, But I get over it either way by mid week.

4. Are you kidding? ( I'ts a big deal man!)

5. My whole week is good or bad based on a win or loss. ( no exceptions)

4-5 and I wish I wasn't that way. Honestly there are much more important things to worry about in life. I have certainly got better about it as of late. You would think I would be numb to it with all of the years of disappointing seasons. My goal is to get to #1.

its a great feeling when you truly get to number 1 after twenty years or more of numbing loses and years of awful season and every year the excuses you finally just kind of get where its easy to get over

I'm in between 4 and 5 depending on who we lose to. If we lose to a fluke team like the Browns I'm at 4, but if it's the Eagles, Giants or Commanders or a big game that I felt we let slip away I'm at 5.

I didn't read all the replies, but for me it depends more on how we lose.

Yes, a loss kinda scews my whole week up anyway, but the way this team can snatch defeat out of the jaws of victory at times really kills me.

Last year was breath of fresh air until the playoff choke.....

Hell yes it does! I'm noticeably more upbeat and vivacious after a win. I watch the other games (if we played early) and am fully engaged.

A loss, and it usually takes a couple days for the sting to start to go away, and the rest of the week for it to fully subside. I have to force myself to watch the other games that day, and the whole time I'm reminiscing on our loss.

It's really bad if we lose on a Thursday, having to endure nearly a week and half for redemption, as well as a whole Sunday of non-Cowboy football -- that I watch, but in protest!

A lot of this board will say it doesn't effect them, that it's "just a game," yet the posts after a loss clearly point to the contrary :)

And just to amswer your OP, somewhere between 4 and 5 :)

Ditto.
