wondering what Romo's going to do when he faces a team with a winning record.

Like the 4-3 Carolina Panthers....or another team with a winning record?

yeah, but Harrington and Carr still have NFL Jobs dont they? Q-Bong couldnt even hold down that CFL job

your obsession with one of the worst players to ever wear the Cowboy uniform is comical

Yes, the two top 5 picks are now backups and couldn't even do what a drugged out reach of a qb could do, get his team to the playoffs. They must be so proud. You have a skewed sense of value when you think the only qb to get us to the playoffs in the last ten years was one of the worst players to ever play for the Cowboys. Romo's success only heightens how far that Bledsoe has fallen. With that qb you hate so much winning multiple games in a row, we are still trying to figure out how to win 2 games in a row. When Q left the team, apparently, Bills genius went with it. We are struggling to win even when the NFC is a joke. Hope you're happy now.

We should have stolen Campbell from them last year. Campbell would now be in the same offense for the second consecutive year. We didn't have to go thru that Henson fiasco and we wouldn't be wondering what Romo's going to do when he faces a team with a winning record.

So, if I read this right, the Cowboys should have got Campbell last year, because when Romo goes against a strong defense he will fail, but, the GREAT Campbell would roll right over that great defense, right?

kartr, you look more foolish with every post of yours, and I know you are smarter the that! Maybe....

So you are the one Quincy Carter fan? I was wondering who it was!! Quincy was a joke in college and a worse joke in the Pro's. That team won in spite of QC,, not because of him.

Hey kartr, get it through your thick skull. QC wasn't the reason we went to the playoffs that year. It was our #1 defense.

Get it thru yours, our defense scored 2 tds in 2003. How many games do you think that 2 tds in one season will win you? Where was our #1 defense against the Dolphins and Carolina in the playoffs. Playoffs! Yes, somewhere we haven't been since Q left and despite the fact that we have more overall talent on the team. He's the only thing that is missing.

With all due respect kartr, you frequently refer to Q leading us to the playoffs in 2003. If you are using the criteria of teams with winning records as the measure of success, we have to take a look at the 2003 team. The teams highlighted are the teams with a winning record that Q led us to victories over.

Only two weeks late. Apparently ESPN is reporting (& ES is weeping tears of joy) that Campbell will start on Sunday. I think most of us had figured Campbell would be starting by the time they played us. (Probably logical that he didn't--you know the one thing Gibbs wanted to do was not be swept by Parcells, & coming off a bye with Brunell made sense.) Brunell is now #2 & Collins #3.

I have never seen that, or even consider that!

That tells a story right there...however, for all the work you put into that...it won't make a difference with our friend, kartr...

The only thing he has to hang his hat on is...QC took the team to the playoffs...and lost...

Sad....

:(

I just tried to log onto ES and I couldn't get it. Anybody having issues?

If you can't see the difference between Eric Crouch and Jason Campbell, you are completely blind.

The point came and went without you so much as glancing at it

I took the computer chips out of my computer so that it would not get infected if I ever tried to go to ES...

It could be overloading right now with everyone logging on to be happy about Campbell. They were REALLLLLYYYY depressed yesterday.

I'm anxious to see what Campbell does there. I absoutely could be wrong, but he has never struck me as a franchise-caliber quarterback. Even his preseason performances have left a lot to be desired.

I'm sure they view it as best of both worlds for them. Their rookie QB gets experience this year for their Superbowl run next year or they will be in position to bring in a real franchise QB.
