If he spends that amount of time in the pen, I'd say chances are good he'll maintain his level of mobility...or at least he'd better.

Speaking of the pen.....I remember introducing a friend of my brother-in-law to my Dad at my daughter's wedding reception. Kobe was a big, fun loving guy that you best not cross as he was strong as a bear and wild as a cougar.

Anyhooooo....My Dad looked up at Kobe, and said, "Didn't I see you at Ohio State?"

"I never went to college," Kobe replied.

My Dad shot right back without hesitation "The penitentary you dummy, not the college."

I was very relieved Kobe found that amusing.

Bubba will keep him on his toes:lmao:

How? Tie my damn leg to a big rock and throw me in the river? Huh?

:lmao:

Edit: Besides! You are on "ignore"!

You think he's fast and elusive now, just wait to see what a few years of avoiding big guys named Tiny in the shower will do for him.

"Just because he's famous, he shouldn't get off the hook," said Emory Lewman, 12, of Sandy Springs, who came with three of her friends. "What he did was terrible."

So, peplaw...what do you think happens to the CW's in Vick's case? They have to be guilty of the same thing, right? If they are CW's do they get off or what...?

I'm confused! (as usual...)

Well it depends on who they are. Obviously they are different people than those listed in the indictment. There may be a couple of them who were undercover or informants or something. In that case, they probably won't be charged with anything, because the were placed there for this purpose.

Then if there are those who were "involved..." like Vick's cousin, who also is not listed in the indictment, they may be trading information in exchange for their immunity. In fact, I'd be pretty confident in betting that Vick's cousin is a CW who is receiving immunity. With him not being indicted, it makes him look like the guy who was just there to look after the property or something like that. Probably wasn't the brains or bank behind the operation.

Then there could be some people who are unindicted co-conspirators. Vick's cousin may fit in here too. All that means is they won't face charges but they can testify to what the defendants were doing there. Again, probably in exchange for immunity. But CWs who aren't indicted won't face time/fines unless and until they are indicted.

Remember, there still may be more indictments coming. And one of the indicted defendants could "flip." Exchange their information for immunity. But if the Feds think they have all the information they need, they'll probably go after all 4.

Hope that helps.

He is taking it in stride and learning from it. I'll send you a PM tomorrow of what his dad told me.
