OH PLEASE! The Eagles started every altercation in the game! smh. And you can't compare a shoving match coming to your teammates defense to a blindside block.

A shoving match might as well be a gun fight to these choir boys. Hell Dez is the only guy I even seen out there shoving someone on the opposing team

The complaint should be the Carter penalty.

From what I understand it's not a legal hit.

1) You can't go helmet to helmet. Which he did.

2) You can't leave your feet and project yourself at the person to block them (This is what they were explaining on the radio broadcast so that's why I point that out)

3) According to the radio broadcast a new rule for this year is that a receiver can not peal back and hit a player, in that manner. It was a rule put in, I'm guessing a Hines Ward sort of rule, to help to cut down on concussions.


If 2 and 3 are correct about those things in the rules then by my count that's 3 things completely wrong about the block, by the rules.


That said it's football and stuff happens.
