I'm just going to hope he didn't see it. The team looks like a bunch of pushovers when they don't respond to something like that. There's nothing wrong with being scrappy. If there were regular refs in there you run over and nail Tate. Both penalties negate each other and you continue.

The hit on Lee is an illegal blindside block. Lee is considered defenseless, which means you can't lower your head & hit in head/neck area

On a blindside block the player is defenseless and you can't lead with your helmet no matter where you hit him.
