NFL upholds Brady's 4 game suspension

Says psi only gets lost in the 1st half but not in the 2nd half?
You're making stuff up out of thin air. Here's the basis:

• The NFL policy for handling equipment in the NFL is in the club manual and pertains to club personnel, not players. The NFLPA would argue that the NFL suspended Brady four games under a policy that doesn’t apply to him.
“That’s an excellent argument,” Milstein said.

• The Wells Report, the investigation on which the NFL based its suspension, alleged Brady was “at least generally aware” that footballs had been tampered. The NFLPA would argue that the “general awareness” standard has no legal merit – either Wells found direct evidence, or he didn’t.

• The NFLPA would argue Brady – given the rules in the club manual did apply to him – received a punishment without precedence. Under the collective bargaining agreement, players have a right to know specific punishment for specific violations.

• The NFLPA plans to cite a specific example in oral arguments in an effort to prove Brady’s suspension was arbitrary. Last year, the league caught the Minnesota Vikings tampering with footballs by placing them in a dryer, a violation of the club manual. The team, the NFLPA source said, received a letter from the league and no further reprimand.

• The NFLPA would mount an argument against the procedure the Wells Report used to measure the inflation and deflation of footballs, saying there was no previous standard.

No not at all.

Balls checked by officials before the game and were w/in the guidelines. Balls checked by officials at half time and were deflated. Gas law applies? Balls reflated by officials to fit the guidelines at half time. Balls checked at end of game and were still w/in the guidelines. Gas law doesnt apply? Or gas law only applies to first half?

No gas law is even needed to determine what happened. The destroyed cell phone law is all thats needed.

As usual you have no idea what you are taking about and provide no evidence to support your assertions. I have provided math, stats and facts. Today does nothing to change any of that since I knew the league would uphold the suspension.

Tom just skipped a few steps and destroyed the evidence himself instead of waiting for the League to do it like after Spygate.
Tom Brady: 1st person in sports history to be punished for obeying the Laws of Physics.

Thats the FIRST thing you've gotten right in this whole DeflateGate scenario in a 7 month period.

Im pretty sure the Laws of Physics would say that hammer hitting cell phone = destroyed cell phone

if this is true about him destroying the phone then his chance in federal court is gone. The NFL basically says they gave him a greater penalty for non cooperation and destroying evidence. There is nothing Brady can say that would counter that in any substantive way.
