lol. Thats the only way to eat Beef Brother...nice fresh Mushrooms...plenty of garlic..basil...oregano..some long small green onions...No man could ask for more!!
Hell yeah, Haley! I came home early, did a little work in the barn, had to fix a well pump and water tank, hit the treadmill and then the sauna. Couldn't think of anything else to do to make the time go by quicker, so.....I poured a triple vodka and peach tea in a big Yeti. Ahhh, salud mi amigo.

How thick do you cut your ribeyes? I like mine 1 1/4 inch. I grill my asparagus, onions and mushrooms for a bit, then wrap them in foil with a little butter. If I can't find fresh asparagus I use zucchini. Damn, you're making me hungry. My McRibbs don't look very good right now.

I am dancing with the devil...Ribeyes...Esparagus...mushrooms AND 3 litres of cheap Black Cat Merlot. I should be sick as a dog in the morning...l will take about 5 extra strength aspirins before passing out. Go Cowboys!
Dang it, Haley. I'm sitting on my patio sipping on peach tea and goose when one of my cows walks by, all I could see were ribeyes. Thanks a lot brother! Lol

These babies are in that neighbourhood..nice marble to them....l get hungry just lookin at them.lol. The asperagus is as fresh as this afternoon...l love that stuff...the bride does it all different ways...uses plenty of butter..garlic and black pepper...but, real black peppercorns...all that stuff grows here...my yard is full of oregano...basil...lemon grass..rosemary...cilrantro...you name it and it goes in the pot every meal...
