These babies are in that neighbourhood..nice marble to them....l get hungry just lookin at them.lol. The asperagus is as fresh as this afternoon...l love that stuff...the bride does it all different ways...uses plenty of butter..garlic and black pepper...but, real black peppercorns...all that stuff grows here...my yard is full of oregano...basil...lemon grass..rosemary...cilrantro...you name it and it goes in the pot every meal...

I spent a nice bit of time in the Lone Star State and always enjoyed and always enjoyed the people and myself. Brownsville..Corpus Christi....Galveston...Houston. Theres no place like Texas on a Saturday Night!!
I split my time between Harlingen and South Padre Island. Soon to add Austin or San Antonio, depending on where my daughter decides to go to college.
 
Those ribeyes sounds good, y'all. Medium rare. Never above that or it's a waste.

That fat in the ribeye, the way it melts in your mouth

A 16-20 oz'er medium rare is heaven
