It is more than occationaly these smaller schools going out and winning game and doing so vs teams who are suppose to be better more than ever before. and don't kid yourself the SEC,Big 12 and PAC10 and Big10 have some weak sister teams out there, Baylor does not put a scare into many teams. you may want to do your own home work last as I recall that lousy Boise team beat your Holy OU team in a major bowl game pretty much made your guys look silly out there, how dare you let some little team beat you.

As for our game I came in this morning and gave my congratulation to the OU team

Heck, Im glad for BS, that game and that game only put them on the map. If Oklahoma had demolished them like they should, you would have ZERO soap-box atm, and you know. it. :laugh2:

OU got shocked, and then woke up and completely buttraped them with 35 unanswered points. Still wasn't enough, but once we realized BSU could play, we slapped them like some little girls.

Also, OU wasn't that great that season. We lost to Texas and were screwed by Oregon. We had Paul Thompson as our qb because Rhett Bomar was kicked off the team. Thompson had been playing WR for a season and a half.

Anyway, Texas screwed off their season by losing to KState and aTm, which moved us right into the Big XII title game against a pretty bad Nebraska team.

Boise beat a not so great OU team. For OU standards we weren't that great, but to others I guess we weren't all that bad. All I'm saying is we slapped them around when we realized it was a game and they didn't do anything for the entire second half, until the final plays of trickery.

Also, we didn't have our starting tailback, our go to WR (M. Kelly), our top defensive back, and our top defensive tackle in that game, yet we still raped them when we woke up. I can only imagine what would happen if a team went in there with respect for Boise. The Broncs would get murdered.

Fact is when Boise has been given the chances they have responded that is all they can control they can't control anything beyond that. They play who ever is in front of them and like it or not have faired well even vs top teams

I came in this morning and offered by congratulation you may notice I'm seldom online on the weekends be it the Texas game or Cowboys game because I'm not at home. Last year I started a post on the Texas OU game and was not online for that game either so this is pretty lame to get after me for not being online for this game. I did offer my congratulation you can accept that or not but I did mean it

Ok, listen little red riding hood, I was using that as an example of how BSU is NOT that damn great. I wasn't making any excuse. I was saying Boise played an OU team that wasn't that great and was depleted, and still got dominated by a 35 point comeback.

I could care less about that game, and Boise was the better team because they won. I'm not saying we lost because of this or that, I'm saying Boise didn't play well once OU woke up.

I knew you'd think I was trying to make an excuse for losing, but as I said, I'm pointing out that the one time they played a traditional power, they played one when they weren't at their best. Therefore the jury is still out on them playing big time power football.

Butt hurt over the loss? I'm not some spoiled little brat like you 2 knuckle heads I accept the fact Texas lost I make no excuses for Texas losing they went out there and got out played and lost the game. So that has nothing to do with my view of Boise.

I disagree with Hoof that the polls are doing Boise wrong I think the polls are being fair by putting Oregon above them for the simple fact that they had to face a top ranked team and won outside of that I have seen many of Boise games and they too deserve the spot they have at #4 and should someone slip up I would not be surprised at Boise making it unlike others they do have to depend on others. If you too loser sooners can't handle that then so be it

Hell yeah. In like 4 years they've played OU, Oregon, Oregon State, and TCU. Am I forgetting anyone? Remember, 4 years genius.

I just hope to the lord above that they get matched up with the champions of the Big Ten, XII, or SEC.

And I do understand what you're saying. The object is winning, and when other teams are winning against teams that are good, the team that is winning against teams that SUCK is probably going to get left the hell out. Understand? I didn't think so.

And they've played like 4 good teams in like 5 years.
