Tim Tebow a Cowboy?

The only way Tebow becomes a Cowboy is if his long lost uncle dies and wills him his ranch.

No disrespect but this is a TOTAL....
Non issue...complete non issue.

Tebow will be a Jaguar...Book it!

I personally like Tebow a lot...but I think he will play as a Wildcat QB, not as a starter in the NFL.

The guy is a football player though...And there is no denying his leadership and drive. But Dallas isn't interested in him as a first round pick, so there's no point in speculating about him being a Cowboy.
No way.

With that no-nonsense personnel guy they now have there...not much chance Tebow ends up there unless he falls to the 4th round....then it may happen due to possible value. They are decent at TE and Garrard is far better than Tebow will ever be. But they do need a QB to start developing...so if they like someone late they may go there. I just don't see it bewing Tebow...way too much local pressure for them to be that stupid to bring him there.

I would take him in or after the 4th.

He's a football player, and our team is talented enough where we could just take him and give him a role.

Will he ever be a great QB? Maybe not. But were set at that position for years.

What he is is a great leader, and he'll do anything.

Besides, if nothing else, it would make our wildcat formation something interesting.

I like Tebow as a person. I respect him, and I hope he makes it in the NFL due to him being a great person.

However,

There is no crying in football.

Chomp, Chomp....

How glad/mad would you be if the cowboys ended up getting Tim Tebow? Personally I think he is a great guy but i dont think we should get him there is no area that he could help the cowboys in.

turn the TV off, and say good bye to NFL football

Are we going to draft him so that Buehler can kill him for sport? That might be worth a 6th.

He's got questionable mechanics, but is a winner. He does have a great attitude and loves the game.

If we had more draft picks, I would take a flyer on the guy. Let him develop and then trade him away for a higher pick.

We don't have many picks, so I say no way.

I'd rather see the Commanders draft him in round 1 as there new franchise QB :-D

You know... as much as I'd love that for the skins (and i would love it :) ), I'd hate that for Tebow. The guy's a winner, and If he can get into a situation where he can sit for a few years and work on his game, I really do think he's got the work ethic to succeed in the NFL.

heheheh, bet he would lose that virginity in 10 seconds if Michael Irvin took him out for a night on the town

Hahaha HELL to the NO!! If I draft Tebow it's only so he can be our scapegoat. Just claim that any loss this season is his fault.

I don't see how any team can draft a player like him in the first 3 rounds after hearing experts say you'll have to start from scratch with his entire motion and techniques.
Those same "experts" said the same thing about Phillip Rivers. One problem with the experts though and that is the fact they base everything on measureables. The two things you can't measure are a kid's heart and how bad he wants to be a player. Does that mean Tebow will be as good as Rivers? No it doesn't. Like I said earlier though, I would take him in a minute. He's a winner. PERIOD!

Why do people make fun of Tebow for crying? I don't get it. I wish every single player we have or ever plan on having would have that kind of passion towards the game. Heck, there are fans on this board who have admitted to crying after games. While I have never personally cried after a game, I wouldn't put it past me, especially if we were to win a superbowl. I don't know, something about cracking on Tebow for crying doesn't make sense to me...maybe it's just me
