Man, I'm sick & cant get enough and wish there were 10x the number of episodes

I wish they would do a European version where we can see how things are over there. I can see the various groups of people resorting to the past reoccupying old castles with moats, etc Europe would make a great canvas for them to shoot from

What I'd like to see is an episode that deals with Russia's rumored dead-man-switch that triggers their nuclear arsenal to launch even they don't get a manual signal at regular intervals. It would be a great last episode. Rick and crew finally kill Negan and the Saviors (great band name there for Thrash metal)......and it pans out and the last thing the audience sees is a mushroom cloud.

You'd rather whine about people's reactions to what they considered a series they liked that they considered went wrong at some point. Nobody is forcing you to read their posts so you can step off the self-righteous soapbox.

Funny how people continually talk about how bad this show is. How drawn out. How unbelievable. How whatever.

Yet here they are. Talking about it after every episode. Over. And over. And over. And over. And over...

Truth be told, I have never understood it, but I respect that it is their right to do so. If I don't like a show, I just stop watching, even if I have watched it for years. Lost, Dexter, 24, Heroes, Homeland. They got bad and I bailed.

I watch TV shows to be entertained. I have my family and the Cowboys to torture me.

There was always the hope for some kind of peaceful future and hope for humanity.......all of that is gone now, forever

The group is just another group of killers that will either lead and kill or follow and get killed

That dinner is a future that will never exist in any form

I think that was their way of presenting "hope." They failed at it, but I think they prefer the constant bleak drama because they think that's all viewers will want.

That's one reason that I am a fan of Morgan. He's had that hope that the rest of the show sort of lost.

You mean that same hope that he lost for a time as well?

Everyone has lost hope at one point or another because they've went through horrible things.

That, to me, is the beautiful part of this show/comic. It's gritty and real because these people have to live through lives that don't really have a whole lot of hope. Simply surviving to another day.

As the world would be in such an apocalyptic type of setting. These are the types of dangers and horrors everyone would actually face and have to find a way to survive through.

Well hater...I'm pretty sure I know how they'll play this out (Very similar to the comics as they've done with many things) and it would prove to show that post to be completely inaccurate.

So as a fan of the comic, and now the show as well, I just find it funny when there are thoughts that just miss the mark.

Sorry to interrupt your circle of self pleasure..... I was critiquing a show I used to really like but not so much....I already said I was going to keep watching but it isn't the same......posting about the premiere 3 days later on a football forum isn't showing a level of interest that deserves to be mocked...it you can't stand any criticism of a TV show then you have the real problems

Oh no. I have to go do something else because you take everything to personal. No one really cares that you don't like it that people are disagreeing with your take on the show.

Especially when you make it clear that you're not really a fan of the show nearly as much anymore so you're a lot more likely to not like what they're doing.

The only person here who took anything personal was you because no one wanted to take your thoughts seriously. That's not my problem that's yours.

Your take is wrong. It doesn't make you a bad person it just means the thoughts you had on what will happen are going to prove to be wrong.

Just like if the TV show decides to go completely opposite of the comic my thoughts on the show will be wrong.
