We all know where this is headed

I can't prove it but with Romo we are at worst a 2 loss team and at best undefeated.

The offensive talent is not the problem.

Losing Romo is just exposing how crap our coaching is.

No excuse for 0-5, being predictable and gutless.

This line up and out athlete mentality that we have just will not cut it. Coaching matters. Especially when a wizard like Romo is hurt.

Dave Campo could win 5 games a year with the worst rosters I've ever seen and he never lost 5 straight games.

We're not asking for a lot.

So you believe you can win consistently in this league with Terrence Williams as your #1 and Brandon Weeden as your quarterback? When Brandon Weeden couldn't even win with Josh Gordon?

There's no excuse for 0-5. I agree. But factor in coaching, this defense not getting turnovers, special teams being terrible, running game being bad.......it makes sense. Its a equal effort yet everyone wants to put it on one person and that's silly to me.

Not the same as strategically planning the future of the franchise.

If we lose to both Phili and Tampa then please don't bring Romo back and win meaningless games.

You can't put strategic and losing in the same sentence. There's no such thing.

Unfortunately, God isn't on our side this season. Look at the injuries, bad calls, untimely whistles, TO or lack thereof.....list goes on....it's like someone doesn't want us to win.

Im not trying to win consistently. Im trying to win a game or 3.

My expectations are a notch above losing every game.

I'll disagree with you a little
It may turn out the way you said but both philly and TB are nowhere near the teams Seattle is
If we beat them, which we can, then it is a completely different story

I'm not throwing in the towel yet

Hard to know what good/bad Tampa is at this point.

Atlanta is coming back to earth, however, TB going into Atlanta and getting the win tells me they are fighting and not the push-overs they were last season.

Expect a dog fight.

LOL. Why do people argue as if some here as saying we should be winning all our games with Weeden/Cassel and Terrance Williams as the #1?

No one has said that so it's a total lame strawman argument.

What people expected (rightfully, mind you) is that if this coaching staff had a freaking clue, they'd be able to steal a game or two and not lose 5 (looking at maybe 6) games in a row.

To think that's too much to ask, not lose 5 in a row, is bizarre. Those saying it may not realize it but in thinking that it's OK to lose 5 in a row with the players we have is actually a damning commentary on the coaching staff. You guys jost don't realize it.

You guys don't realize how bad we truly are without Romo and Dez. If you didn't realize it now then I guess you just won't. You take away Romo and Dez you automatically go from one of the best offenses in the league to one of the worst. I'd rather have the Jaguars offense than what we throw out there right now.

Fortunately we get to watch the games and we know that not having Romo and Dez is no excuse for us losing all 5 of those games.

We had chances to win and we were gutless, unimaginative, and predictable.

Anyone could win with Romo and Dez. What seperates Garrett apart?

A middle school coach could roll out the same game plans that we roll out now and in situations that could potentially when the game we have called plays like complete cowards.

There are only and only 2 reasons why Garrett is even considered a half way decent coach

1. Magical career year by Demarco Murray 2015

2. Tony Romo

That is it pretty much

The saddest part about watching your season end in October is knowing that when Romo comes back we're going to win some meaningless games.

So we get the gut wrench of watching this season come undone before it really even started, without the compensation of a high draft pick at the end of the tunnel.

This whole season has been sad !!!! :(

Nothing separates Garrett apart. No one argued he was Vince Lombardi. Or even a great head coach. Look at the Ravens and the Chargers. Both teams have been losing just as much as we have.....both have had chances to win all games they have lost.

That's the NFL. That's this NFL season. Every poor team can sit here and say "Well we had chances to win and we should've.". That doesn't escape the fact that their talent is superior to the teams they lost to. Had we won the Falcons game. We still wouldn't be good. This offense needs talent. If people thought Garrett could win consistently without Romo and Dez.....goodness....you guys thought too highly of him to begin with.

Romo should be placed on IR and Kellen Moore should be given a chance to show what he can do. What exactly is the benefit of bringing Romo back at this point? To fall from a top 5 pick to top 15?

You are completely wrong. Eight wins will win this division. It's still very much alive, especially if they could get to 4-5 for Romo. As Troy Aikman said, Dallas won't even be out of it at 2-7. That's the division.

Imagine if Dallas beats Philly, Washington loses to New England, and Tampa beats the Giants (which is quite possible).

Your standings will be:

New York 4-5
Dallas 3-5
Philly 3-5
Washington 3-5

And Romo will be looming. The Cowboys are the only elite team in the division when healthy.

I know you are quitting ... But we are only one back in loss column.

Ain't over yet... They are trying to make it over but the east is least... Thank goodness.

At full strength we can damage when it counts.

You got good imagination.....us beating Phili and Tampa beating Giants...wow..

I got ZERO confidence that this current teams beats ANY other team except themselves. Yes, it's sad but what you do expect the morning after.

I sure see a TON of excuses from a LOT of people. I guess that's where we're at as a franchise. "The coulda woulda Cowboys."
