I voted for Riley, young guy. Very good offensive mind but I almost also think we need another Parcells type. When Jerry got Parcells he was just too old and the game had already passed him by.... Someone like Cowher with some skins on the wall and still has some years left (more than Parcells) might be the way to go. That CBS crew is terrible. Cowher to me would be someone all the players could respect (and I as a fan would actually respect). Maybe it's just me....whoever comes in. I want him to be able to pick his own staff. What Jerry did to Wade Phillips was horrid....
