She's a total phony. If she didn't give a crap what anyone thought about her bald head, she wouldn't have been sensitive about that joke. She could have laughed it off. Will Smith should have been arrested right in the middle of the show and should have been made ineligible for his Oscar. You don't get to haul off and hit someone just because you don't like what they said. If any of us had done that, we would have been arrested. Smith shouldn't get off the hook just because he's a rich celebrity. If I had been running the show, he would have been apprehended and taken out in handcuffs.

I imagine she already had it out for Chris since Chris made some jokes about her for starting that # a few years back. It's crazy how she and Will got what they wanted at this years Oscars, and did this stupid crap to overshadow everything else.

The Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences said Sunday that Will Smith was asked to leave Sunday's Oscars after hitting Chris Rock but refused.

Give me a break. Smith committed a crime. Rock didn't. No one has the right to hit anyone just because they perceive that they were insulted. The Academy was negligent in not calling the cops on this common criminal, Will Smith. Any ordinary person would have been immediately arrested, and Smith should be treated like any ordinary person. If I had been in charge, I would have had the cops come and arrest him, cuffing that sorry worthless trash in front of everyone, and then before he was gone, I would announce that he's disqualified from Oscars, not just that night, but for the next 20 years. Then I would prosecute him to the full extent of the law. He deserves it. Then as head of the Academy, I would make phone calls to every major studio to let them know that if they hire Will Smith any time within the next 20 years, their film will be ineligible for any Academy award. That would effectively blacklist that violent goon. And if I had any pull on what kind of sentence he got for the crime, I would make sure he did time in a maximum security prison for at least 5 years. Then upon release he would have to work community service by working in a place like Burger Hut for at least 10 years at minimum wage. Anything less than total humiliation is unacceptable.

You or I would never get away with the crap he pulled. Smith shouldn't either.

Tickets for Chris Rocks upcoming shows have gone way up since that slap. It’s already done wonders for his career. That slap may end up being the best thing that ever happened to him. He’s currently on stage in Boston speaking for the first time since the incident.

AMPAS also could contact other parties related to the incident – but Rock won’t be asked to participate. Another topic is whether the police will be involved. The Academy could decide to press charges against Smith, even though Rock declined to do file a police report after being contacted by the LAPD on Sunday night.

With Smith looking at up to six months in jail and a $100,000 fine if found guilty on a misdemeanor charge of assault, Rock actor has up to six months from Sunday’s slapping to change his mind on filing a police report.

4:12 PM PT -- Sources who were present at the Oscars tell TMZ, the 2 Academy officials who told Will Smith to leave were David Rubin, the President of the Academy, and Dawn Hudson, the CEO. We're told they were "furious" at Will, and there was plenty of "yelling" and "heated conversations" backstage with Will's reps after the incident. As one source put it, the Academy officials were "apoplectic." We're also told they told him to leave shortly after the slap.

Will Smith sticking around at the Oscars, after slapping Chris Rock, is NOT what the Academy wanted -- but he dug in his heels when they tried to give him the boot.

I wonder how many people even knew about her condition. To be honest, I didn't really know or care. The short hair never raised any flags.
