Are, are you serious?Over inflated or not, it's the going rate, if you want a starter , then you have to pay for a starter, what's hard to understand?

Who said anything about Dak. I think Linehan sucks but has been kept around to be the sacrifice that is offered up to keep Garrett. Got that?So you're fine with Linehan if it means making up BS to crap on Prescott. Got it.
I think he was better suited to run his offense with Romo. Dak not so much. That said, he doesn't really bring a lot of innovation to the table.Same offensive coordinator who presided over 2 of the 4 most prolific offensive scoring seasons in Cowboys history (2014 and 2016).
Amazing how inept he became, around the same exact time other defenses figured out our quarterback can't throw downfield with accuracy.
That's also ridiculous. Maybe Bigfoot is behind your conspiracy theory?Who said anything about Dak. I think Linehan sucks but has been kept around to be the sacrifice that is offered up to keep Garret. Got that?
Lets see what happens at the end of the season and reconvene. That's also ridiculous. Maybe Bigfoot is behind your conspiracy theory?
I'm not a huge JG fan, but I find it inches away from insane to suggest Jones is keeping JG no matter what and is also keeping Linehan in case we bomb so he can fire Linehan and keep JG.Lets see what happens at the end of the season and reconvene.
They will. They better get a new offense in Dallas, because the scheme in town now does not compliment Dak's skill set.
The Cowboys had a Vet who can play on the roster in 2016, but the Cowboys felt Dak was a better option going forward. You're right for most positions, qb isn't one of those, it's why it's the most busted position in the league. It's the hardest to learn even as a 1st round 1st overall pick, you're talking about a 4th round guy.
True, but the Cowboys coronated Dak in 2016, let their capable starter to that point retire and pretty much made Dak the franchise QB.You're right for most positions, qb isn't one of those, it's why it's the most busted position in the league. Yea, I'd have to agree accuracy is a critical trait in a QB.It seems that he freezes in the headlights because the D's don't leave him an out except back. Unless a QB is a quick release guy, these DC's study the tendencies, where is he at his worst and how do we get him there?
They used to do the same to Wilson until he became the best outside the pocket QB in the league but his accuracy is and always was much better than Dak's and that deep ball with the high trajectory is indefensible.
Whether to pay Dak or not depends on the level of importance one places on accuracy and that happens to be #1 for me, like hands for a receiver, but that's just me. Unlike Woodson seems to believe, inconsistent accuracy isn't a wart, it is a fatal flaw.

Now, if the whole team was underachieving like the offense you may have a slight point. But the defense is very good.
The pocket crumbles on all QBs. The good ones can step and slide to avoid getting hit at times. You just can't feel good about Dak's pocket presence.Hes not comfortable because the pocket crumbles.
Have to think it helps...Yea, I'd have to agree accuracy is a critical trait in a QB.
So, he's doing this with no blocking? Please. Don’t give Zeke’s dominance on the league to this offensive line. That’s embarrassing......you can say that for Demarco Murray in 2014 but not 2018 Zeke.
I think he was better suited to run his offense with Romo. Dak not so much. That said, he doesn't really bring a lot of innovation to the table.
Linehan needs to be gone. For the red zone play calling alone. There are a dozen other reasons. Here's my word salad take on it.
My prediction is the offense will be a no-show against whatever playoff defense we face and they will hang Linehan out to dry for it and Jerry will give his guy Jason "one more chance" to prove himself. Who knows, maybe Dak will ball out and lead us to the Super Bowl and Linehan will get a HC opportunity somewhere. Either way, I don't think he will be back.
I really hope we keep Marinelli and Richard but have them switch roles or possibly make Marinelli an assistant HC with Richard taking over the defense. Starting to seem unlikely though as people are starting to warm up to Richard as a HC somewhere else.
So, he's doing this with no blocking?
Ok, buddy.
Who said no blocking? So, he's doing this with no blocking?

Troy would get rid of the ball. Dak holds it forever. Every play is not a jail break.
This offensive line has produced the top running back in football. Again. Dak should be tearing it up.
Rollouts have been taken away by the defenses. What you're describing is the Mississippi State offense, and that doesn't work against professionals.Russell Wilson is slightly above average? Russell Wilson is elite.
As for Dak, he can't run the system he is in today. That should be obvious to everyone. What would work? His mobility is his best trait. When he sets his feet and throws with authority he is decent. When he holds the ball too long and he panics is when he gets in trouble.
So eliminate his 3rd and 4th reads. Force him to get rid of the ball before the pass rush has a chance to screw with his head. Some roll outs and getting out of the pocket would be nice too. Maximize his best traits. Linehan has no clue how to do this.
You do realize run and pass blocking are different?Offensive line when discussing Dak: Garbage
Offensive line when discussing Zeke: Great Wall
