I think bbgun is available IIRC.

As a matter of fact, I think he's outside your house, staring in your window.

Right

Doubtful. I seem to remember her posting something to the effect that she likes to skip around the house in the buff. I think she likes the attention. ;)

I'm dumbfounded. If logic could die, this post would be its final resting place.

It's easy, dude. Deep breath, count to 10-
now think it through.

Tony has not performed in BIG games.
I don't care how many great plays he makes in
the regular season. He CHOKES in the postseason.

Eli, OTOH, has performed on the biggest stage.

Given a choice, I'll take the one who has performed-
not the "maybe", "someday", "sooner or later he'll
come through" guy, like Romo.

In my book, right now Eli's better.
A QB's job is to win games, not put up stats.
Otherwise, Tarkenton, Marino, & Fouts would be the
greatest of all time.

What DON'T you understand???:bang2:

I think Romo has the tools to be a bad *** QB. I think at this juncture, he needs the threat of losing his job, and an O'Coordinator who's going to excercise his abilities, take out the throws he can't make, put in throws he can make, and give him the best oppotrunity to succeed by making this offense more run/pass balanced.

I understand everything...accept how you can think your logic makes sense.

Eli has had three "OK" performances in the playoffs and several "Awful" performances. People also like to exaggerate Romo's performances because he's lost in December and January....and rarely do these "experts" take into account the rest of the team.

You take two identical teams, one led by Romo, and one led by Eli...with no other variables to change things....Romo's team wins big. He's a better QB than Eli.

Unfortunately, I think Jerry will bring in another QB as a 2, and that 2 will be breathing down Romo's neck all year long, so time is running out I'm afraid.

Who? LOL

Who is gonna be available with the skills to be "breathing down Romo's neck all year long"?

There's really no chance of this. I promise you we can't afford a QB that can come in here and be "breathing down Romo's neck".

Does it really matter who it is if your QB is throwing up constant interceptions and fumbling the ball?

And if the Cowboys draft a QB in let's say the third round, this forum will be tearing down walls to get the new guy in if Romo has 2 bad games in a row. You know how it goes, you weren't born yesterday.

Um, Tarkenton, Marino and Fouts ARE three of the greatest of all time.

Fine but we won't be "breathing down Romo's neck all year long,".

Anyone with that skill set is starting for another team.

You put out a post like this, & you have the audacity to talk about illogic?
Are u serious???

Eli has won big games both in-season & postseason, not to mention the
Super Bowl.
Tony hasn't even won one playoff game. The last big game he had to win this year, he was horrible.
He's never come through when needed, regardless of the team behind him. I'd understand if he drove his team to the winning TD against the Giants last year, or something similiar. But, he's never come close.
Then to make your post even more ridiculous, you start spouting hypotheticals like; "If Tony & Eli switched teams", etc.
That makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.

If, if if, if ...........ya, that's a logical POV!:banghead:
Please, put the Romo koolaid down!
