And the vid has been taken down, apparently, but if Archer says the players in the huddle thought Tony knew what down it was, doesn't that settle it? I don't see why Archer would still be confused about it.
You do see how our turd of a local media crew makes things harder on this team, though. Gotta love how they look for ways to tear down the players.
And before someone says "It's not their job to help the team!!!"... No, it isn't. But it's not their job to do the opposite, either.
Its not a matter of effort. Its a matter of not knowing what was going on.
If you think you have an extra down, going to Sam Hurd 2 times in a row isn't nearly as dumb as going to Sam Hurd 2 times in a row without an extra down.
So yes, it does matter. It matters because if he knew it was 4th down he probably wouldn't have gone to Hurd again. At least I hope not.
