It's best to learn from the midget's mistakes, not repeat them. Come off the ledge, friend.

Anyone have that gif of the might Brandon Lloyd ducking that pass when he was a Commander? Or was he still a 49'er...

Yeah, great, great reciever!

:laugh1:

I also remember the one handed catches while diving when he was with the 49ers. Do I think Lloyd is a great WR? No, not really.

But consider who has been throwing the ball to him and you will understand. Brunell and Jason Campbell and maybe Ramsey (LMAO, it can't help but laugh when I hear the name Ramsey. If Lloyd had a better QB, say like Romo, throwing the ball to him, he wouldn't be that bad. And that is what we will end up getting anyways, not a #1 WR, but more of a #2 or #3 (maybe #6 or #7 in Lloyd's case).

at the risk of agreeing with superpunk and freaking out a lot of long time posters, i have to agree. zorn vs. fassell is much like carter vs. hutch turd debates.

being a better turd still does not remove the fact you're a turd.

Well, Zorn hasn't proven himself to be completely worthless like Fassel, so I have some hope!

Its a talent upgrade for them. It surrounds a young QB with a legit #1 option. Seems like it makes sense. And if this was Philly or someone else, I'd worry more about it.

But Snyder will overpay. And he is not in a position where he can afford to mortgage the future.

Thankfully, they are the Skins and Snyder runs that team. Because they will once again look elsewhere instead of getting a pass rusher.

Fassel has taken a team to the SuperBowl...what has Zorn done? Now, who seems more worthless? Sheesh, you Commanders and you logic...no wonder The Midget can fleece you guys so much!

The last thing we need to do around here is blast a team for taking a hot-headed receiver. ;)

Imagine the smack talk generated by Chad Johnson and Fred Smoot everyday in practice as they line up across from each other!

The Commanders need to think this one through. :)

If the report would have been Chad Johnson is linked to Dallas in a possible trade, the majority on this board would collectively wet in it's pants...

Can't disagree. I don't think it is secret that Dallas fans don't want other NFC East teams, especially the Skins, to have a better roster for next year. Now whether CJ going to Washington is an improvement or not is the debate we have on hand.

What about you? Do you want the Commanders to have a better roster than the Cowboys?

You live in DC, right? Something strange going on with your posts I notice...hmmmm?

lol well the skins will always be the skins. they will do alright then play like a superbowl team against dallas and santana moss will only play like a probowl caliber receiver against us. and apperently chad now also. but they will still lose. sadly.

The way things are in the NFL nowadays... I am only concerned with our roster and who we get.

I have no interest in go after a player just because a rival does. No matter how you slice it... we have to win with the product that we put on the field.

Nothing else matters.

Chad is a bit of a biznitch anyways....

LOL

I don't care who the Skins (or the Giants or Eagles for that matter) get, I only care about who the Cowboys have on their roster. Washington can have a team full of pro-bowlers for all I care. In fact I would love them to do that, so when Dallas beats them it will be even sweeter.

I don't like other teams to play bad so Dalls can win. I want other teams to be playing their best game with none of their best players injured or missing and then for Dallas to pound them.

Very true! It's like, what do you want? This spoiled egg, or this spoiled egg?

However, Chad, as well as probably every player in the NFL knows that if you want some fast, big cash...where do you turn to? The Midget!

:laugh1:

You got that right. He would be added to a list of players whose names include Brunell, Arrington, and Archuleta . . . the list gets longer . . .

Then there was Jerimiah Trotter who left Philly, went to Washington (and got a big payday), then left Washington and went back to Philly?

What a mess . . . .

Then why are you proclaiming that Cowboy fans don't want other NFCE teams to improve?

"I don't think it is secret that Dallas fans don't want other NFC East teams, especially the Skins, to have a better roster for next year" In other words, if you are a Cowboy fan, why call out other Cowboy fans?

What makes you so special from other Cowboy fans?

LOL!!!

They have to get under the cap before they can do that.

And the Bengals would take a ridiculous cap hit if they traded Ocho Cinco. Dallas is better staying away from Ocho Cinco if they are wanting low first rounders and a 2nd and maybe a third. If Washington wants to take that deal, then make moves to get under the cap, they can be my guest.

I'm sure skin fans sleep well at night knowing that these 2 level-headed guys are calling the shots.

Trading Chad would be very costly for the Bengals, they just extended him in 2006.

I doubt he goes anywhere. Or hope anyway.
