Only if I must. These players are pros. Some need more guidance than others but they all need to be stretching and I mean professionally. Yoga is great but there are other ways. They have to be responsible along with the strength coaches.

Yoga does nothing for muscles stretching does. Yoga is about spiritualism, stretching is about physically stretching ur muscles. You can stretch muscles without wasting any of your time on the spiritualism of yoga.

I'll spare a lengthy opening post about this, because most Zoners already have a baseline opinion one way or another, but I'm interested to see where the thoughts lie now.

Question is in the title: are we as the fans good to go with Woicik with the continued hamstring injuries? Yes or no, and why?

Mods - a poll would be great too if you still do those.

Hamstring injuries peaked before Woicik returned to the Cowboys.

Miles Austin was the leader but they had a big problem across the board with hamstrings back then.

The difference, I think, is that many of the current hamstring injuries are precautionary issues. Many players miss practice/games for precautionary reasons more than because they absolutely can't play.

In the past it was the opposite where they rushed back to action and missed games because they absolutely could not play.

Summary: Being cautious makes it appear to be a much bigger problem than it actually is in reality.

Wiser. No question. I still strive, but accept what I am at the same time. I like my wilder side, actually. It's put me in places that I would never have been, if I wasn't. Good places. Started a career and nearly ended at the same time.

I still see some players in pre-game warm-ups (not Cowboys) that don't stretch correctly. Stretching should not involve a bouncing type action. It should be slow/gradual.

Dynamic stretching should be done only by someone very experienced and only after non-dynamic stretching. They all should be so stretched out from daily activities they would only need to warm those muscles up then stretch. Most should be able to do splits at will.

I have no problem enjoying chewing on the leaves of a coca plant in public, but I ain't gon' be shoving chemically made white mountains of dust into my sinus cavities.

Some people can't go beyond the simple and generally put large swaths of peeps into pre-concieved groups that make things easier to correlate into the "Metadata" of their mind.
I'm still learning the subtle nuances of human thought here... but this appears to be easy to parse, in this particular case.

What I don't understand is how so many ppl could disagree with me and not at least look up the subject first before posting. Seems like all your guys statements have become so ironic, false, and a total contradiction to truth. Laziness will get u no where.

lockster ,I know what I'am talking about. I live in India and go to the center of yoga training frequently. That's Rishikesh india.

Thank you, and my point is that the practice of Yoga and Meditation does not HAVE to be a religious practice.
It has been used in religion, but it's not a practice that demands a call to any certain deity, if any at all.
You can practice Yoga and Meditation completely religion free.

Some... I won't name names who can't come to grips with that have made their decisions and won't waiver.

And now I'm done... unless responded to in argument.

Dynamic stretching is not a bouncing action. For example the old touch your toes stretch should not involve bouncing the stretch action.
